HiveAware editorial standards
Editorial standards and source policy
HiveAware publishes practical product and record-keeping guidance. This policy explains how we separate verified product behavior, sourced beekeeping guidance, examples, and claims that still need evidence.
Evidence
Primary sources come first
We prefer regulators, government survey programs, universities, standards bodies, and original product documentation. Sources are linked near the guidance they support.
- Direct links to source material
- Publisher named visibly
- Safety and legal instructions attributed
Review
Product claims are checked against the current release
Feature copy is reviewed against the working application. Preview features, workspace-dependent tools, and limitations are described without presenting planned behavior as available behavior.
- Current app checked
- Limitations disclosed
- Review dates used meaningfully
Corrections
We correct material errors transparently
Send corrections to support@hiveaware.com. We review the cited passage, update it when warranted, and change the modified date when the substance of a page changes.
- Correction requests accepted
- Substantive updates dated
- No purchased or fabricated endorsements
